How to filter your list and choose which columns to show

Big lists get hard to read. Use Add Filters to narrow the list and View Settings to pick the columns you care about.

Filter a list

1. Open My List and pick a list.
2. Click Add Filters.
3. Pick a field.

System fields you can filter by: Email, Username, Phone, Country, Followers, Engagement Rate, Filter by List, Exclude List, and Campaigns.

Custom fields you have created also show here.

Show or hide columns

1. Click View Settings at the top right.
2. Click the eye icon next to a column to show or hide it.
3. Drag a column by its handle to change the order.

Columns include Name, Followers, Country, Relationship, Email, Phone, Following, Engagement (%), Avg Likes, Avg Comments, Notes, Coupons, and any custom fields.
