How to bulk refresh creator data

Bulk refresh updates the data for a whole list or campaign in one go, using a CSV.

Steps

1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left menu.
2. Click Bulk refresh.
3. Click Create New Job.

The job has three steps: Configure the job, Download & edit data, and Map the headers.

Configure the job

1. Enter a job name.
2. Under Select data source, pick List.
3. Keep Update Influencer Data selected.
4. Under Choose list, pick the list to update.
5. Click Next and follow the next two steps.

Track your jobs

• Ongoing Jobs shows jobs that are still running.
• Job History shows finished jobs.
