Create and Manage Influencer Lists

Use impulze.ai or SocialiQ to create influencer lists that you can access quickly when you want to vet or contact influencers.

Here’s how you can create and manage influencer lists:

1. Create/Delete a List

How would you save multiple items to different lists?

One way of doing this is creating different titled folders/categories, which you can use to save the items as per their relevance.

‘Groups’ on impulze.ai are like these folders/categories under which you can save multiple influencers.

To create a ‘Group’ (i.e., a list), click  ‘Create a Group’ in the ‘My List’ section. 

Type what you’d like to name the group in the pop-up that’ll appear and click ‘Create Group’ 

Once you click the ‘Create Group’ button here, the app will show a new Group.

2. Rename a list/Group

To rename a list/Group, click the ‘Account’ drop-down at the top. When ‘Groups’ is chosen on the right, you can see your existing ‘Groups.’ Click on the pen icon next to the Group’s name, rename it as you’d like, and click on the tick mark. The new name you added will reflect on impulze.ai and SocialiQ. 

3. Add an influencer profile to a list/Group

You can add an influencer to a ‘Group’ in three ways -

A) From the ‘Search’ page of impulze.ai

Use the ‘Save’ button under the influencer’s card on our Search app page.

To save a single influencer, click ‘Save’. A pop-up will open, and you can choose the influencer list/Group.

To save multiple influencers, tick the boxes on their card, and the app will show options at the bottom. Choose ‘Save Influencers’ here.

The app will show the same pop-up where you can choose the influencer list/Group. Choose the list/Group to which you want to save the influencers and click ‘Save influencers.’ The profiles will get saved, and the app will show a ‘Profiles Added’ message at the bottom.

B) From the ‘My List’ page of impulze.ai

You can also save an influencer to a list from the app's ‘My List’ section. Select the influencer through the box on the left. Click on ‘Profile Actions’ at the bottom. Then, click on ‘Add to Group’.

This pop-up will appear. Say you want to save this influencer in the ‘General’ group here.

Select General from the box and click ‘Add.’ That’s it! The profile is added to the group.

C) Through SocialiQ

Use the ‘Save Profile’ button. Choose the ‘Group’ from the drop-down menu below and click ‘Save Profile.’

Note: Always use impulze.ai and SocialiQ through the same account. Once you are logged in through the same account, SocialiQ will show the lists/Groups you have created on impulze.ai.

4. Delete an influencer profile

To delete an influencer’s profile from any ‘Group, open the ‘My List’ part of the interface.

In the filters section on the left, choose the ‘Group’ you’d like to open and click ‘Apply.’ This will show all the influencers in that group. You can sort how these profiles appear here using the ‘Sort By’ button above the list.

Tick the box of the profile you want to delete and click on ‘Delete,’ which will show up at the bottom once you tick a box. Click ‘Yes’ in the pop-up asking for confirmation to delete the profile.
