How to cancel your subscription?

Once you are logged in to your Impulze.ai account, click on the ‘My Plans’ section in the interface. This option is visible on the main dashboard and is the starting point for managing your current subscription. When you click it, a pop-up window will appear with the details of your existing plan.

Inside this pop-up, you will see the ‘Change Plan’ button. Click on it to proceed. This action will take you to another screen where you can view your current subscription information and make changes. On this screen, you will find the option to cancel. Simply click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button to move forward with the cancellation process.

To confirm, you will be asked to type the word “unsubscribe.” Once you type it in, click the ‘Yes, Unsubscribe’ button. This final step ensures that your subscription is successfully canceled.

If you have purchased your subscription through AppSumo, the process is slightly different. In that case, you will need to log in to your AppSumo account and cancel the subscription directly from the AppSumo dashboard.

After you cancel, your account will not be deleted. Instead, it will be automatically downgraded to our free plan. This way, you can continue using impulze.ai with limited features at no cost. If you would like your account to be completely removed, you will need to reach out to our team.
