What is Influencer Relationship Management on impulze.ai?

impulze.ai’s Influencer Relationship Management (IRM) feature is designed to keep everything in one place, so you can stay organized from the first email to the final post.
How It Works
1. Access an Influencer Profile
- Go to My List and select any influencer.
- At a glance, you’ll see key details like follower count, engagement rate, prospecting stage, contact info, and notes.
- For deeper insights, click on their name. This opens the influencer’s dedicated dashboard, which acts as your control center.
The dashboard is where you’ll manage everything—outreach emails, campaign briefs, content drafts, coupon codes, and performance updates—organized neatly by creator.
2. Manage Influencer Details
On the right-hand side of the dashboard, you’ll find a form section. This is where you can store and update all influencer-specific details:
- Basic info like email, phone, and social handles.
- Campaign-related data such as coupon codes or product tracking numbers.
- Need to go beyond the basics?
- Click “Add Details” to open more fields for storing custom information.
- Click “Add Categories” to create entirely new properties. For example:
- Shipping addresses
- UGC usage rights
- Clothing/product sizes
- Preferred communication channels
This flexibility means you can shape each profile to fit your exact workflow and campaign needs.
2. Key Tabs Inside the Dashboard
When you open an influencer’s profile, you’ll notice several tabs across the top. Each helps you manage a different part of the relationship:
Overview
- Displays the complete Activity Log where you can manually enter all the activities related to the influencer.
- Shows every action you or your team have taken (notes, updates, payments, approvals).
Outreach
- Tracks emails sent through Impulze’s automated outreach system.
- See the status of each email (sent, opened, replied, etc.).
- Monitor progress without needing external inboxes.
Media
- Upload campaign content, such as stories, posts, or videos the influencer created.
- Store campaign-specific media in one place for easy review and access.
Attachments
Drag and drop files directly into the influencer’s profile
Examples:
- Influencer briefs
- Payment receipts
- Contracts
- Product shipment documents
- Keeps all important files linked to the right creator
3. Left-Side Actions
On the influencer card (left panel), you’ll see quick action buttons:
- Generate Report → Create a detailed influencer report with audience demographics, interests, and growth trends.
- Start Outreach → Begin emailing the influencer directly via automated outreach.
- Profile Actions → Add the influencer to a campaign, link them to projects, or manage how they’re grouped.
4. Share Dashboards with Your Team or Clients
Collaboration often extends beyond your own account. That’s why impulze.ai makes sharing seamless:
- Click “Share” (blue button) on any influencer dashboard.
- A pop-up will appear with a unique link.
- Copy it and send a view-only version to your teammates or clients.
- They’ll see all the important details without needing their own login.
