Yes, impulze.ai is free to try. Sign up here for a 14-day free trial for impulze.ai and our Chrome extension, SocialiQ.

3. How to contact support?

4. How to report an issue?
Send us a message through our contact form to report any issue with impulze.ai or SocialiQ. We’ll respond to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
5. Do I need to verify my email to search for influencers?
You don’t have to verify your email to search for influencers. Once you sign up here, you can search for influencers through impulze.ai and our Chrome extension, SocialiQ.
6. How to request a refund?
We currently do not accept refund requests since we offer a 14-day free trial before purchase (without collecting any bank/card details).
7. How to cancel a subscription?
Once logged in, click ‘My Plans’ on the impulze.ai interface. It will open a pop-up. Click on ‘Change Plan’ here.
It’ll take you to the screen, as shown in the screenshot below. Click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button here to cancel your plan.
Type 'unsubscribe' to confirm and click the 'Yes, Unsubscribe' button to cancel.
If you have subscribed from AppSumo, you can cancel it directly from the AppSumo dashboard.

8. Which social media platforms do impulze.ai and SocialiQ support?
impulze.ai and SocialiQ support Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You can use both to find influencers and manage your campaigns.
9. What are the different user access levels on the app?
There are three user access levels on impulze.ai: admin, user, and guest. Here’s what these different user access levels mean:
- Admin: The account’s owner has admin status and all privileges as per their purchased plan. An admin can add users and guests, but they cannot remove another admin or the owner.
- User: A user has read and write permissions for the allocated resources but cannot add new users.
- Guest: A guest user has limited access to the app. They can view influencers and campaigns but not make changes or use features like search.
10. Are there any distinctions in the influencer data gathered through the SocialiQ extension compared to direct influencer search on impulze.ai?
SocialiQ provides real-time engagement data when you open any Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube influencer’s profile. The data you can see in impulze.ai gets updated once a month. So, when you vet influencers, it's best to use SocialiQ (for real-time engagement rates) and impulze.ai (for a deeper analysis and information like brand affinities, follower growth, audience location, etc.) together.
11. How can I suggest a new feature for the app to your team?

12. How to sign up as an influencer?
impulze.ai and SocialiQ have been designed as a B2B platform to help businesses and agencies find influencers and manage campaigns. Currently, this isn’t something we’re able to provide.
