How to invite a guest user to your impulze.ai account?
Impulze.ai gives you three different access levels to manage how your team or collaborators use the platform: Admin, User, and Guest.
Admin
- The account owner automatically has Admin status.
- Admins have full privileges according to the purchased plan.
- They can add new users or guests to the account.
- Admins cannot remove another Admin or the account owner.
User
- Users have read and write permissions for the resources shared with them.
- They can work on campaigns, lists, and reports.
- They cannot add new users or manage team access.
Guest
Guests have limited access to the platform.
They can view influencers and campaigns but cannot:
- Run searches
- Edit data
- Make changes to campaigns
Inviting Team Members
You can invite teammates, clients, or collaborators and assign them the right access level based on how much control you want them to have.
To invite someone:
- Go to the Account drop-down at the top.
- Click Account Settings.
- Select Teams from the left menu.
- Click Invite New Member at the top.
- Choose whether to give them Admin, User, or Guest access.
Add a name and email and choose ‘Guest’ here. Click ‘Select and Continue.’
Select a campaign from the drop-down menu and the influencer group to which you want to give the guest user access.
The app will generate a password to share with the guest.
Copy and save this password (the guest user will need this to sign in). Click ‘Select and Continue’ here. The app will now generate a login URL for the guest user.
Share this URL with the person you’d like to share guest user access with. The guest user can log into impulze.ai through this URL and the temporary password the app created. They can view the campaigns and influencer lists you have provided them access to.
After logging in for the first time using the app’s generated password, users can change their password to a password of their choice.
