Inviting a Guest User to Your impulze.ai Account

impulze.ai offers three user access levels: admin, user, and guest. Here’s what these different user access levels mean:

1. Admin: The account’s owner has admin status and has all privileges as per their purchased plan. An admin can add users and guests. But they cannot remove another admin or the owner.
2. User: A user has read and write permissions for the allocated resources but cannot add new users.
3. Guest: A guest user has limited access to the app. A guest user can view influencers and campaigns but not make changes or use any features like search.

You can use this app feature to invite team members or anyone you want to collaborate with. Grant them ‘admin,’ ‘user,’ or ‘guest’ access based on how much access you want to give to them.

If you want to invite a guest user to your account, click on the ‘Account’ drop-down at the top and click ‘Account Settings.’ Click on ‘Teams’ on the left. Click on ‘Invite New Member’ at the top.

Add a name and email and choose ‘Guest’ here. Click ‘Select and Continue.’

Select a campaign from the drop-down menu and the influencer group to which you want to give the guest user access.

The app will generate a password to share with the guest.

Copy and save this password (the guest user will need this to sign in). Click ‘Select and Continue’ here. The app will now generate a login URL for the guest user.

Share this URL with the person you’d like to share guest user access with. The guest user can log into impulze.ai through this URL and the temporary password the app created. They can view the campaigns and influencer lists you have provided them access to.

After logging in for the first time using the app’s generated password, users can change their password to a password of their choice.
