Replacing Influencer tracking with Content tracking

What's Changing?

We have made the decision to discontinue the Influencer Tracking feature, effective from March 4th for new profiles, with a final closure date for existing connections on April 4th, 2024. This decision was driven by two key insights:

Low Usage: Less than 1% of our users engage with the Influencer Tracking feature, indicating a mismatch between its utility and your needs.

Strategic Shift: To bring more value to your marketing strategies, we're reallocating resources towards integrating third-party data. This approach will offer instant, unbiased, and in-depth insights, enhancing your decision-making process.

Transition Support

We understand the significance of this feature to those who have used it. To ensure a smooth transition, existing connections will remain trackable until April 4th, 2024. We're committed to assisting you in adapting to these changes efficiently.

Introducing Content Tracking

In place of the Influencer Tracking feature, we recommend you use the Content Tracking feature. This tool is designed to monitor influencer content across platforms, providing you with instant and continuous performance tracking of social media content.

Next Steps

We believe in the power of adaptation and innovation to drive success. By focusing on tools that offer the most value, like our Content Tracking feature, we're excited to help you uncover new opportunities and achieve greater results in your influencer marketing campaigns.
