How to Create an UGC Campaign?

A UGC (User-Generated Content) campaign in influencer marketing leverages content created by users and followers, rather than the brand itself. Influencers encourage their followers to create and share authentic content related to the brand, such as photos, videos, and testimonials.

Using Impulze's new UGC campaign feature, you can easily track this content through specific 'hashtags' and 'mentions'. To launch a UGC campaign, follow these steps:


Select 'Campaign' from the top menu.

Click on 'Create Campaign'.

Then, from the campaign objective 'Select UGC' and Click 'Select and continue'.

Now Complete the Campaign Details form.

When selecting the platform for your UGC campaign, note the following:

  • For Instagram, use 'mentions' to fetch content.
  • For TikTok, use 'hashtags' instead of mentions.

Please remember that you can track only one hashtag or one mention in a single UGC campaign.


Once you given the campaign details 'Click Create Campaign'.

You can see the fetched contents in the 'Content' tab and the details of the creators who posted in the 'Creators' tab.

Please remember that once the campaign is launched it takes a few minutes to fetch and display the contents.
