How to Use Keywords on SocialiQ 2.0 to Get The Most Accurate Search Results?
When you use SocialiQ 2.0’s search feature to find influencers, the search results heavily depend on how you enter keywords.
Use these tips to get precise results:
1. To search for influencers based on words mentioned in their bio, write keywords in square brackets, like this: [keyword].
When you place a word between square brackets, the search engine will show you the results based on what’s mentioned in the influencer’s bio.
Think of these brackets as a quick guide for the search engine to know exactly what type of influencers to see.
For instance, if you want to see skincare influencers on Instagram, type [skincare] in SocialiQ 2.0’s search bar. Choose the type of influencer, location, and gender, and click ‘Search.’
It’s possible to use multiple bio search keywords in square brackets to look for a particular type of influencer. Suppose you want to find a skincare influencer who’s a dermatologist. Then, you should type ‘[skincare, doctor]’ in the search bar.
2. Use only words (without brackets or hashtags) to find influencers based on their post descriptions, i.e., the captions.
Suppose you want to find Instagram influencers who have used the word ‘sunscreen’ in their posts.
Type ‘sunscreen’ in the search bar. Then, choose the type of influencer, location, and gender, and click ‘Search.’ This will show you profiles of influencers who have used the words ‘sunscreen’ in any of their posts’ captions.
3. Use hashtags with search keywords to find influencers for Instagram and TikTok.
Suppose, you want to find Instagram or TikTok influencers who have used the word ‘#CeraVe’ in their posts. You can use ‘#CeraVe’ in SocialiQ 2.0’s search bar.
4. Use ‘@’ along with the search term to find Instagram and TikTok influencers who have mentioned a brand or another user in their post.
Suppose you want to find an influencer who has mentioned the brand CeraVe in their post.
Type ‘@CeraVe’ in SocialiQ 2.0’s search bar to see a list of influencers who have mentioned ‘@CeraVe’ in any of their posts.
To get accurate results, ensure there are no spelling errors in the search keyword/brand name you use to find influencers who have mentioned the brand.
5. Combine search keywords to get more specific results.
Use a combination of keywords to make the most out of SocialiQ 2.0’s search feature. Here are a few examples to help you understand how to use a combination of keywords.
Example 1: You want to find an Instagram skincare influencer who is a doctor and has mentioned sunscreen in her posts.
For this, type the following in the search bar: ‘[Skincare, doctor], sunscreen’
Example 2: You want to see if there’s a skincare influencer who has talked about sunscreen in their posts and has mentioned CeraVe in any of their posts.
For this, type the following in the search bar: ‘[Skincare], sunscreen, @CeraVe’
Or you can also check if they have mentioned ‘#CeraVe’ in their post using these search keywords: ‘[Skincare], sunscreen, #CeraVe’
Limitations of SocialiQ 2.0’s YouTube Search Feature
1. Hashtags do not work for SocialiQ 2.0’s YouTube search.
It’s not possible to find YouTube influencers based on the hashtags they have used in their YouTube posts.
2. Mentions do not work for SocialiQ 2.0’s YouTube search.
It’s not possible to find YouTube influencers based on the mentions they have used in their YouTube posts.
